Neal graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Indiana University and completed the Birthing of Giants, a three-year business program developed by MIT and Inc. Magazine. Neal has served on the Board of Directors for Young Entrepreneur's Organization (YEO) as well as the local Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). He was recognized by The Indianapolis Business Journal as one of Indiana's "Forty Under Forty."
